These are the working terms for the Web Amber subscription. They summarise what is already stated on the homepage. Items in square brackets are not yet decided.

Who provides the service

The preview

We design a homepage preview for your business before you pay. No card is needed to see it, and you can ask for reasonable refinements. If you do not like the direction, you do not subscribe and you owe nothing.

Plans and billing

Monthly billing. No long contract. Ecommerce is not part of the launch plans. Pro is £29.99 a month. Anything beyond the listed features, such as further integrations or bespoke functionality, may be quoted separately. [VAT treatment to be confirmed.]

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. The site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. Your domain remains yours to point wherever you like, and from then on you would renew it yourself. [Exact notice and refund wording to be confirmed.]

Your domain

A standard .co.uk domain is included with your subscription. Subject to availability. Premium domains excluded. The domain remains yours. Already have one? We'll connect it. No separate domain renewal bill while your subscription is active. [Premium domain handling, unavailable names and renewal cost changes to be confirmed.]

Changes and updates

Yes. During the preview you can ask for reasonable refinements. Occasional small content updates are included. Larger changes, new sections or redesign work may be quoted separately. [What counts as a small update, how many are included, turnaround and how to request them to be confirmed.]

Moving the website elsewhere

Your domain, content and images remain yours. The website itself is provided as part of the managed subscription. If you want to move the complete site elsewhere, a source-code buyout option will be available at a clearly agreed price. [Price, what is handed over and when it is offered to be confirmed.]
