Price and the catch
Is it really only £9.99 a month?
Yes. Starter is £9.99 a month for a one-page site, including design, build, hosting, SSL and technical upkeep. There is no setup fee. Business is £19.99 and Pro is £29.99.
What's the catch?
There's no hidden one. The price is low because the delivery is lean and the sites are cheap to run. The limit is scope: Starter covers the essentials on one page, Business adds enquiries, measurement and more pages, and Pro adds a full business mailbox and more tailored features.
Why is it so inexpensive?
No sales team, no account-manager layers, no office, no per-client hosting plan and no plugin licences. Repetitive technical work is automated. The design and the quality checks are not skipped.
Are there setup fees?
No. Seeing your design costs nothing, and launching it has no setup fee. You pay the monthly plan once you've approved the design.
Do I pay before seeing the website?
No. We create your homepage preview first, with no card needed. You only subscribe if you like it. If you don't, you pay nothing.
The work
Is it a template?
No. Your homepage is designed around your business: your services, your area, your tone and the action you want customers to take. We reuse our own tested building blocks for speed and reliability, but the design is made for you.
Who actually designs my website?
A UK-based web developer with more than 10 years of professional experience designs and reviews every site. Automation helps with repetitive tasks, but a person makes the design decisions and checks the result.
Will you write the content?
Yes. We write the copy from your brief and you check it. If you have your own wording or photos, we'll use them.
Can I request changes?
Yes. During the preview you can ask for reasonable refinements. Occasional small content updates are included. Larger changes, new sections, new pages, redesign work, integrations or new functionality may be quoted separately.
Do I have to manage hosting?
No. Hosting, SSL, security and technical maintenance are handled for you.
Plans, email and Google
What is the difference between the plans?
Starter is a one-page site that makes you look professional, with click-to-call, email and WhatsApp links. Business adds a contact form, analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business & Maps integration, branded email forwarding and up to 5 pages. Pro adds a full business mailbox and more tailored features.
What is branded email forwarding?
It gives you an address such as hello@yourbusiness.co.uk and forwards incoming messages to the inbox you already use. It does not create a separate mailbox.
What is a full business mailbox?
A full mailbox lets you send and receive email directly as your business address, such as hello@yourbusiness.co.uk.
Do you set up Google Maps?
We can connect your website with your Google Business Profile and show your location or service area appropriately. Google controls profile verification, so approval cannot be guaranteed.
Ownership and leaving
Do I own my domain?
Yes. A standard .co.uk domain is included with your subscription (subject to availability, premium domains excluded), and it is registered in your name. It belongs to you. We never hold it to keep you subscribed.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. We'll connect it and tell you exactly what to change, or do it with you. If you bring your own, you keep paying your own registrar for it.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. The site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. Your domain remains yours to point wherever you like, and from then on you would renew it yourself.
Can I take the website somewhere else?
Your domain, content and images remain yours. The website itself is provided as part of the managed subscription. If you want to move the complete site elsewhere, a source-code buyout option will be available at a clearly agreed price.
Search and results
Will it rank on Google?
We can't promise rankings, and nobody honest can. We build the foundations properly. Where you rank also depends on competition, your area, your Google Business Profile, reviews and time.
Is SEO included?
Basic SEO foundations are in every plan: titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap, speed, mobile layout and clear business details. Business adds analytics and Google Search Console. It is not an ongoing SEO campaign.
Will it appear in AI search?
We can't promise that either. What we do is make sure your site is clear, factual and easy to read, which is what these tools need. There are no magic tricks.
Can you guarantee leads?
No. A website can't guarantee customers. It can make you look credible, explain what you do, show where you work and make it easy to get in touch.
Growing later
What if I need more pages later?
Move from Starter to Business, or to Pro if you want a full business mailbox or more tailored features. You can change plans when you need to.
Do you build online shops?
Not as a launch product yet. Tell us what you want to sell and we'll say honestly whether we can help or whether another tool would suit you better.
